In a world plagued with random appearances of Kaiju, the Sentinels are the task force created to stop them. Recently the Kaiju attacks have become more prominent and the sentinels who have been losing in the war against the kaiju attempt to turn the tide by creating a weapon. Kaine is chosen to be the pilot of this weapon, also known as its soul. Will Kaine be able to live up to the expectations put on him and save the world?
