Welcome to MangaToon VIP membership subscription. Please read the MangaToon VIP Service Agreement.
If you are under the age of 18, please read this Agreement in the presence of your legal guardian.
You can subscribe to VIP membership on a monthly basis. After receiving or paying for VIP membership service, you can enjoy exclusive privileges and value-added services within the corresponding period of service. Our company has the right to change the value-added services according to its own development and planning. Refer to the public notice on the VIP member center page at the time of opening for specific value-added services and rights;
2.1 You understand and agree that VIP membership subscription is a paid service, and that MangaToon will charge for Internet value-added services. You can find out the specific period of VIP subscription service and the corresponding fee in the relevant service page, and choose the types of service. After enabling the VIP membership subscription, fees paid are not refundable, regardless of whether you actually use the service or access the electronic content during the corresponding service term.
2.2 You understand and agree that MangaToon shall have the right to decide and amend, at its sole discretion, the charging standards and rules related to the subscription service for VIP members from time to time. These standards and rules take effect as soon as they are published, and shall form a valid part of this Agreement. If you do not agree with the above standards, rules and amendments, you have the right to stop using the VIP Membership Subscription Service. Your continued use of the VIP subscription service is deemed to be your consent to the content.
MangaToon has the right to independently decide the specific content of the subscription service for VIP members according to its product plans and operations, and has the right to add or remove the electronic content, or suspend or terminate some of the services of VIP subscription service according to the copyright of the electronic content. The foregoing decision becomes effective without notice, and you agree that MangaToon shall be exempt from liability.
