In the beginning, there was a pristine, white orb - an entity of immortality that possessed the ability to shapeshift into any animal or human, and even inanimate objects, but only upon making direct contact with them. However, to assume the form of a living being, the entity had an additional requirement - the original individual must have perished. These conditions were categorized by the observer as "stimuli". The observer left it next to a stone, and thus, it became a stone. Soon, due to the death of a wolf named Joaan, the orb transformed into a wolf, attained consciousness, and encountered a nameless boy living alone in the snowy wilderness. This marked the beginning of its journey of exploring the world.
Throughout its journey, the orb gradually developed its own personality - primarily characterized by a deep-seated fear of causing harm to others, an altruist burdened with a profound sense of guilt for using the bodies of others. The immortal entity had the power to bring back to life any living being it could transform into, but on the condition that the departed soul chose to remain in the world, instead of moving on to paradise.
