The protagonist, Yuan Zhensi, travels to a parallel-world Jiang City, only to discover that this reality is filled with all kinds of horrors and anomalies, where ordinary human lives are as fragile as paper in their presence. Using a notebook titled "Urban Legend Records," he creates urban legends that influence reality, punishes evildoers, contains anomalies, and absorbs their rule-based abilities—"fighting magic with magic." He becomes a Supervisor confronting these anomalies and, alongside his companions, battles against an impending world-ending anomaly...
