English name: Mr.7
Japanese: ミスター・セブン
Voiced by: Tomoyuki Shimura (Japanese)
Appears in: The manga "One Piece" and its derivative works
Gender: Male
First appearance: Chapter 205 of the manga, Episode 124 of the anime
Mr.7 is a marksman known for his unique laughter "Ohohohoho". He is obsessed with the number 7, having 7 even in his attire and eyebrow shape. His weapon of choice is a golden gun that fires dice-shaped yellow bullets, which explode upon collision with the projectiles of the "Gagaga Gun". This high-risk combat is made possible due to the precise shooting abilities of the two gunmen.
He was once a frontier agent for Baroque Works, and he was given his position following the demise of his predecessor. Paired with Miss Father’s Day, the duo became minor antagonists in Alabastan lore due to their actions. He has a penchant for all things "7", including his eyebrows, his yellow shoes shaped like the number “7”, and his gun.
Physically, Mr.7 is characterized by his fluffy two-toned blue and white hair shaped like a helmet. He dresses in a purple ankle-length coat adorned with yellow trims around the shoulders, sleeves, and down the middle, with "sevenths" marked on each side of the chest area. Underneath his coat, he wears a dark blue shirt with pink lines, a light blue scarf, black trousers, white socks, and yellow shoes shaped like a "7". He also sports square yellow sunglasses with red lenses.
Mr.7 appears laid back, albeit serious compared to his partner. Like other characters in One Piece, he has a unique laugh - "Hahahahaha". However, his easygoing demeanor masks his ruthless nature, evidenced by his satisfaction when given the chance to fire at his former friend, Vivi.
Ordered by Crocodile to guard the cannon atop the clock tower until it exploded and annihilated those fighting in the heart of Alabasta, Mr.7 and his partner were unaware they would be caught in the ensuing blast. He is often seen yawning or whispering to Miss Father's Day. Both he and Miss Father's Day were defeated by Princess Vivi, and his fate after the battle remains unknown.
