After his death, the protagonist Su Qi travels to Los City to become a high school student. Due to his extraordinary intuition, he discovers that all sorts of ghostly gods are rampant around him. In order to survive, to prevent being devoured by these ghostly gods and his own mental breakdown, he embarks on a journey pretending to be a ghostly god, starting a story that explores the mysterious world of Cthulhu.
